Bio

Angelica Bos is an experienced corporate and transactional attorney. Her practice focuses on representing traditional and emerging growth companies in a variety of commercial transactions including SaaS agreements, vendor, consulting, marketing, recruiting, non-disclosure, and partnership agreements. Angelica also helps clients in connection with compliance and data privacy and protection matters. Angelica’s practice spans legal, risk, and operational issues impacting a business and Angelica enjoys helping clients in all aspects of their day-to-day business as they continue to navigate and adapt to the evolving regulatory and business landscapes. 

Prior to ZwillGen, Angelica was a corporate associate at Gunderson Dettmer (Singapore) and Gibson Dunn (New York and London). She represented companies and investors on numerous cross-border deals involving venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, real estate, and project finance. She also spent time as commercial and privacy counsel at the London office of Mixpanel, an SF-based venture-backed data analytics company. Prior to law school, Angelica was a consultant with Accenture’s risk management practice focusing on regulatory compliance. 

Angelica received her law degree from Columbia Law School and earned her bachelor’s degree from Duke University. 

Angelica is qualified to practice in New York (US) and as a solicitor of England and Wales (UK).
