As of Q2 2022, nearly half of ZwillGen shareholders are women, and half of all ZwillGen attorneys are women. ZwillGen was named a “Ceiling Smasher” in Law360’s 2021 Glass Ceiling Report for the firm’s representation of women in leadership positions when compared with comparably-sized firms. ZwillGen was also listed favorably for female attorney representation overall.
