As ZwillGen’s Human Resources Director, Kimberly supports the firm and its employees through all phases of the employment life cycle, including recruiting, on-boarding, benefits, performance management, and off-boarding. Kimberly enjoys focusing on strategic human capital initiatives, diversity, and engagement. Prior to joining ZwillGen, Kimberly worked as a senior HR professional in big law.
