Prior to working at ZwillGen, Charlotte was the Elise Berkower Memorial Fellow at the Future of Privacy Forum in Washington, D.C., where she specialized in advertising technology and European privacy law. Last fall, she also spent time working at ZwillGen on CCPA-related matters. She graduated in 2019 from the George Washington University Law School where she was a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and Cyberlaw Students Association. She was also a finalist in NYU’s Cybersecurity Policy Competition. During law school, Charlotte served as research assistant to Professor Daniel J. Solove and interned at the Federal Trade Commission, the Network Advertising Initiative, Public Knowledge, and the Office of General Counsel for the D.C. Housing Authority. Prior to law school, she interned at DLA Piper and Sedgwick law firms and conducted post-graduate studies in German law and literature at Heidelberg University in Germany. Charlotte graduated magna cum laude from Bucknell University with a B.A. in German Studies.
