Senior Counsel – Privacy & Marketing
Chipotle

The Sr. Counsel – Privacy & Marketing is responsible for overseeing the compliance of Chipotle’s business operations with privacy-related laws and regulations, including the development, implementation, and maintenance of privacy-related policies and procedures; together with IT, Internal Audit and other departments, monitoring effectiveness of Chipotle’s privacy policies and procedures and investigating and tracking of privacy-related incidents; and protecting the rights of Chipotle customers, employees and business partners in compliance with federal, state and international laws. Job Requirements:

Risk Management Director
FanDuel

Location: New Jersey

FanDuel Group is looking to add to its legal team a Risk Management Director with 4-8 years of experience to handle a variety of legal and regulatory compliance responsibilities, as well as serving as the lead internal advisor to our parent company’s risk organization and serving as the primary point of contact from legal for internal and external audits. This position will have primary responsibility for managing FanDuel’s risk function, working closely with the management team, Board of Directors and parent company’s risk organization. The position will design the FanDuel corporate risk strategy, develop a risk framework/appetite and own primary responsibly for conducting ongoing risk analysis and response.  The position also will be responsible for being the primary liaison from the legal team to support FanDuel’s internal and external audits including anti-money laundering/sanctions audits by the Internal Revenue Service as well as regular and ad hoc legal and compliance reporting to the parent company and otherwise.

The United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court seeks to hire a Legal Advisor to assist the Judges of the Court in considering applications presented by the U.S. government for authority to conduct electronic surveillance, physical search or other forms of intelligence gathering pursuant to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. The United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Director of Information Technology. Reporting to the Clerk of Court, this position has broad and overarching information technology responsibilities. The incumbent will be responsible for the overall administration and security of classified and unclassified information technology and telephone systems, will monitor and maintain hardware and software, ensure integration and performance of all components as well as maintain the security and integrity of all systems, including passwords, virus protection and backup. The incumbent will also be responsible for the administration of courtroom technology including audio, video, court reporting and computer presentation systems.
