Adya Baker’s practice focuses on representing clients on a wide range of litigation matters including complex commercial litigation, class actions, government investigations, and antitrust litigation. Adya represents clients in federal appeals court, federal district court, as well as several state courts at every stage of litigation from case inception and negotiation through trial and appeal. She has represented and counseled clients in a wide-variety of industries, including the software, manufacturing, and healthcare industries.

Adya also maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on representation of domestic violence survivors in civil protection order, guardian ad litem, and custody and divorce cases.

Prior to joining ZwillGen, Adya was a litigation associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman in Washington, D.C. and Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe in New York.
