Bio

Lucia Martinez is a Fellow at ZwillGen. Prior to joining the firm, Lucia interned at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office in the Data Privacy and Security Division, and was a Law Clerk at Prince Lobel Tye LLP where she worked closely with the Intellectual Property Practice Group.

Lucia received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law where she was a member of the inaugural cohort of ASPIRE Scholars. During law school, she participated in the BU/MIT Student Innovations Law Clinic, the Racial Justice and Movement Lawyering Clinic, and was a member of the Vis Moot International Commercial Arbitration Team. Lucia was a 2023 Rappaport Fellow. Her article, Examining the Importation Requirement in the Digital Age, was published in the Paul J. Luckern 2024 Summer Associate Edition of the 337 Reporter. Prior to law school, Lucia ran digital campaigns at Free Press.
