Lisette Solis is a Data Scientist in ZwillGen’s AI Division, where she helps clients navigate the technical and governance challenges of AI deployment. She brings deep experience in machine learning, AI policy, and risk assessment, with a background that spans government, nonprofits, and the private sector.

Before joining ZwillGen, Lisette served as a technical advisor in the Department of Defense’s Responsible AI Division, where she helped shape federal AI policy and built tools to assess and mitigate AI risks. She also advises at Co-Develop, evaluating investments that advance safe and inclusive digital public infrastructure.

Lisette holds an M.S. in Computational Analysis and Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Environmental Economics from UC Berkeley.
