ZwillGen Recognized in Chambers USA 2026 for Privacy, Data Security, and Technology Law

WASHINGTON, D.C. – June 4, 2026 – ZwillGen has been recognized in the 2026 edition of Chambers USA, earning nationwide rankings for both Privacy & Data Security: The Elite (Band 2) and Gaming & Licensing (Band 3).

This year marks ZwillGen’s 16th consecutive year of recognition in Chambers’ nationwide Privacy & Data Security rankings. The rankings reflect ZwillGen’s continued role advising companies at the forefront of technology on some of the most complex legal and regulatory challenges facing their businesses. As privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, online safety, and data governance become increasingly interconnected, clients rely on ZwillGen for practical guidance that helps them navigate evolving risk while continuing to build, launch, and scale innovative products and services.

In Privacy & Data Security, Founder and Managing Member Marc Zwillinger maintained his Band 1 national ranking for Privacy and was also recognized in Privacy Litigation (Band 3). Kandi Parsons moved up to Band 4 nationally in Privacy, while Melissa Maalouf advanced from Up and Coming to Band 5, reflecting the continued growth, depth, and strength of the firm’s nationally recognized privacy practice.

The firm also maintained its nationwide Gaming & Licensing ranking (Band 3), with Senior Counsel Nick Jackson again recognized individually in Band 3. The ranking reflects ZwillGen’s continued expansion—advising clients across gaming, gambling, fantasy sports, licensing, platform operations, and related regulatory matters.

“These rankings reflect how rapidly the technology landscape continues to evolve and the increasingly complex challenges facing the companies building it,” said Marc Zwillinger. “For more than sixteen years, our team has helped clients navigate major shifts in privacy and technology regulation. Today, those conversations increasingly involve artificial intelligence and other technologies reshaping how companies build and operate products. We’re grateful for the trust our clients place in us and proud of the team that makes this work possible.”

The Chambers USA rankings are based on extensive independent research and feedback from the clients, peers, and industry leaders who work closely with the attorneys and firms being evaluated.
