Suits aren’t really our thing. Around here, jeans and a T-shirt are the norm. What matters is your thinking, not your wardrobe. In addition to our relaxed dress code, our kitchen is famously stocked with snacks, beverages, and the occasional handcrafted treat from a team member, keeping us fueled for whatever challenge comes next.

We love working together, but we also genuinely enjoy spending time together. You’ll find us at happy hours, seasonal celebrations, volunteer events, and friendly competitions for a good cause, like Lawyers Have Heart. And once a year, we step away for our firm retreat: a long weekend of team building, professional development, shared meals, and the kinds of conversations that remind us why we do what we do.
