Talent Acquisition Manager

ZwillGen PLLC is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who is ready to hit the ground running, and hungry for a challenge! This position involves all aspects of recruiting for legal and administrative roles including sourcing, management of outside recruitment agencies, candidate management and recruitment strategy. This role will support ZwillGen’s and its subsidiaries’ recruiting functions. We prioritize innovation and creative problem-solving. In addition to the traditional responsibilities below, we strongly encourage our staff to improve on established methods, seek out inefficiencies, and help build an infrastructure that can support a growing firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute lateral attorney and administrative hiring
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategy that optimizes efficiency
  • Support Diversity Committee initiatives
  • Use a variety of search methods (search firms, internal referrals, online research tools) to source candidates
  • Review candidate resumes and screen candidates for alignment with position requirements
  • Build and manage relationships with outside recruitment agencies
  • Solicit and maintain feedback on candidates from interviewers
  • Maintain and update candidate tracking information
  • Build relationships with HCBU alumni groups, affinity bar associations and other networking groups to build and enhance Firm brand
  • Facilitate conflicts and background checks for all hires
  • Attend local recruiting events as necessary
  • Assist with other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years legal or professional services recruiting experience (legal preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Zoom scheduling tools
  • Comfort with communicating with candidates on social media platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, able to interact at all levels
  • Exceptional attention to detail
