Lisa Page has more than a dozen years of federal law enforcement experience. A former federal prosecutor, Lisa prosecuted organized crime cases before joining the FBI’s Office of General Counsel, where she handled sensitive and complex national security matters. She ultimately served as the Special Counsel to the Deputy Director, assisting him in running the FBI’s day-to-day operations.
At ZwillGen, Lisa advises clients on demands for user data in criminal, civil, and national security matters, leads internal investigations, conducts law enforcement outreach on behalf of tech companies, and helps prepare company witnesses for testimony and trial. Lisa also advises clients on the CLOUD Act and data localization issues.
